  enjoy a Sprintime shabbat when the colors of green and flowering bushes a
 nd trees will shower us with the spirit. Begin with a gentle yoga standing
  practice followed by your choice of biking or walking. After our excersiz
 e we will meet back at the pavillion for a BYO (bring your own) bag lunch.
