Join us to hear from Amy Zitelman, CEO and co-founder of women-led Soom Foods (a premium tahini company), as she leads us in a cooking demonstration of delicious recipes from her new cookbook “The Tahini Table: Go Beyond Hummus with 100 Recipes for Every Meal.”
Amy Zitelman is CEO of Philadelphia-based Soom Foods, which she co-founded with her sisters in 2013. Soom was named the best tahini according to industry experts by New York Magazine in 2019, and has been featured in The New York Times, Food & Wine, Bon Appétit, and other publications. Zitelman was named to Forbes magazine’s “30 under 30” class of 2018.
