Community Relations Council

The Community Relations Council works to safeguard the Jewish community by advancing Jewish interests, promoting Jewish values and advocating on behalf of Jews at home and around the world. The CRC is the primary source of Israel advocacy in the Lehigh Valley, maintaining dynamic relationships with the local media and elected officials.

The CRC coordinates and hosts interfaith programs; adult, college and school-age educational programs; panels with timely, topical themes on politics -- local, national and international; and election forums.

The CRC co-sponsors prejudice reduction workshops for middle and high school students in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding communities together with the Institute for Religious and Cultural Understanding at Muhlenberg College.
