Jewish Federations Announce Third Cohort of the Executive Accelerator

Jewish Federations of North America proudly announce the third cohort of the Executive Accelerator, a year-long selective program designed to equip high-potential professional leaders in the Jewish Federation system with the resources, network, and coaching to competently and confidently grow toward their first or their next executive role.

Thanks to a generous investment from the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel Foundation, Executive Accelerator participants will grow their leadership presence and capacities. The program combines monthly professional development opportunities, applied learning within their local Federations, site visits to other Federations to study leadership practices and organizational strategy, and both group and individual coaching. Upon completion of the program, participants join the Executive Accelerator Alumni network, affording them access to ongoing resources and continued learning and skill building.

The first cohort concluded in January 2025, and one alum has already assumed a CEO position and over 60% of the Cohort has been prompted since the program began.
