Jewish Federations of North America’s National Young Leadership Cabinet (“Cabinet”) is proud to announce Alexandra (Alex) Feinstein (Greater MetroWest NJ) and Scott Goldin (New York) as the program’s incoming Co-Chairs for 2025-2026.
In a term beginning July 1, 2025, they will build on the work of current Cabinet Co-Chairs, Beth Wayne (Palm Beach County), and Bobby Gibbs (Dallas), as well as generations of top volunteer leaders who have served the Jewish community in Cabinet's 61-year history. Alex and Scott will lead Cabinet’s members in facing the challenges of the community at this critical moment in Jewish history by strengthening and amplifying their impact.
Cabinet is Jewish Federations’ premier leadership development program and inspires the next generation of global Jewish leaders towards philanthropy, communal engagement, and activism in support of Jewish people and community everywhere. Cabinet has helped form six decades of Jewish leaders and philanthropists. It has more than 470 current members and 4,300 alumni who foster flourishing Jewish communities around the globe. In 2024, Cabinet members raised more than $4 million for their local Federation annual campaigns, representing the largest Cabinet campaign in Jewish Federation history.
Ben Schindler, Associate Vice President of Cabinet, said:
“Alex and Scott will step into leading Cabinet in a moment when global chaos and uncertainty has become the norm. They are both incredibly well prepared to lead this program, support its members, and inspire action, no matter the challenges. They bring dedication, a spirit of service, and joy to everything they do. Jewish Federation’s commitment to preparing and investing in volunteer leadership through Cabinet has never been more important, and Alex and Scott are the tremendous leaders who will meet the moment.”
