Ivrit Together is a dynamic, interactive Hebrew learning experience designed to help adults build everyday vocabulary, boost speaking confidence, and connect more deeply with Israeli culture, especially our friends in the Yoav Regional Council.
Whether you're just starting or brushing up, this course is
for you!
No previous experience is required. This program is open to beginners!

8 Weekly Zoom Sessions
Engaging, 60-minute lessons focused on real-world Hebrew.
Ongoing WhatsApp Practice
Fun challenges, short recordings, and personalized feedback all week long.
“Peak” Milestone Event
Practice live with native Hebrew speakers from Yoav and beyond!

What Will I Learn?
Each session includes a conversation theme + key language principle:
- Greetings and Goodbyes – Introductions, basic polite phrases, and not-so-polite Israeli phrases
- My Family – Family members and Israeli family WhatsApp group etiquette (Israel vs. America online family communication)
- Numbers and Counting – Counting to 100, asking about age in Israel, and saying dates
- In My House – Rooms, furniture, and using Yesh li” (I have) and “Ein li” (I don’t have)
- Coffee and Tea: At Home and in a Café – Ordering drinks and reading menus
- Israeli Food – Ordering at the shuk or a restaurant, including falafel, hummus, and Aroma
- My Daily Routine – Simple verbs and actions for a typical day
- Peak Event – Practicing English and Hebrew with the Yoav community
