Donna Winiarz, 68, of Macungie, passed away suddenly at Lehigh Valley Hospital surrounded by her family on Tuesday, July 22, 2025.

Donna was a beloved wife, sister, mother and grandmother.  Donna was also the most dedicated friend, maintaining friendships for decades and creating new friendships any chance she got. She would do anything for anyone.

Donna was born to her parents Barbara and Murray in 1957 in New York City. Donna was the 2nd born in a family of five children and spent most of her childhood in White Plains, NY, where she had the best memories with her siblings. 

Donna met her husband, Aaron, on a singles ski trip and they were later married in 1979. Together they raised two children, travelled often, visited the casino any chance they had and made family a priority. She was promoted to “Nana” in 2020 and again in 2022 with her two grandchildren, Ryan and Oliver who cherished their time with her.

Donna was loved deeply by everyone who knew her. She lived by the saying, “Don’t worry, be happy,” and did anything for anyone to help them achieve just that.

She is survived by her dedicated husband, Aaron; her children, Ross (Dana) and Marci (Scott); her grandchildren, Ryan and Oliver; her sister, Lynn; and her brother, Stephen. She is predeceased by her parents, Murray and Barbara; her sister, Jill; and her brother, Howard.

Funeral services will be private.
