Norman Miller, 100, of Allentown, passed away in his home on July 1, 2025. He was the husband of the late Maxine (Karess) Miller, who passed away in 2023. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Philip and Pauline (Taradash) Miller.
Norman served as a sergeant in the Army Air Force during World War II. He served in North Africa, Italy and France as an airplane mechanic and a flight engineer in the Air Transport Command and was awarded the American Service, European Middle Eastern Service, Good Conduct and World War II Victory Medals. Norman served for many years as the Quartermaster/Treasurer of the local chapter of the Jewish War Veterans. He was the founder of Norman Miller Real Estate in Allentown. Norman and his wife, Maxine, who were both awarded Realtor Emeritus recognition by the PA Board of Realtors, worked together for 63 years until retiring. He was a member of Temple Beth El, Allentown.
Survivors: Children, Dr. Daniel Miller, Attorney Todd Miller, Attorney Marla Melman and her husband, Dr. Jay Melman; Grandchildren, Michael, David, Adam, and Dana; Great-Grandson, Nathan. Norman was predeceased by his sister, Sylvia Gutman.
